Trained Newborn Care Specialist & Postpartum Doula

Hi, I’m Bella, the heart behind Beginning with Bella. As a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I’ve spent over five years supporting families through the early months of parenthood. I focus on creating calm, nurturing environments that encourage healthy sleep and feeding rhythms while giving parents the space to rest and settle into their new routines with confidence.
I’ve had the privilege of working with families from their baby’s first days home through the first year, including preemies, NICU graduates, multiples, and babies experiencing reflux, colic, or other unique needs. My work is shaped by both experience and dedicated training. I am trained by NCTA in newborn care and by DONA International in postpartum and lactation support, giving me a well-rounded foundation to care for families in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and evidence-informed.
I also stay current on my vaccinations, including COVID-19, TDAP, and flu, to help ensure a safe environment for the families I serve. Above all, I aim to be a steady, supportive presence—someone parents feel comfortable welcoming into their home and trusting with their little one during such a meaningful time.
My Approach
At Beginning with Bella, my approach is rooted in nurturing care and empowering support. I believe every family deserves a calm, confident start, and I’m dedicated to creating an environment where parents feel reassured and newborns thrive. Through gentle guidance and evidence-based care, I help establish healthy sleep and feeding routines while offering emotional support and practical education every step of the way.
I’m passionate about providing exceptional, personalized service that prioritizes the well-being of both parents and babies. Every family’s journey is unique, and my goal is to make yours as seamless and supported as possible. It’s a privilege to walk beside you during these precious early weeks, helping you rest, recover, and fully embrace this new chapter of parenthood.
